采用高效液相色谱法,对野木瓜中齐墩果酸的含量进行了测定。实验表明在色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(250 nm×4.6 mm,5μm)、流动相为乙腈-1.1%乙酸水(946∶)、流速为0.5 mL/min、检测波长205 nm、柱温为室温、进样量20μL时,分离检测效果最佳,齐墩果酸含量在0.03~0.15 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好、精密度高、重现性好,回归方程:y=3.81424×10-8x-0.00240239,相关系数r=0.9994,平均加样回收率为100.54%。实验测得野木瓜中齐墩果酸平均含量为0.1055%。
High-performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of oleanolic acid in wild papaya. The experiments showed that the column was a Shim-pack VP-ODS column (250 nm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile-1.1% acetic acid water (946:), the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 205 nm, and the column was When the temperature was room temperature and the injection volume was 20 μL, the separation detection effect was the best.
