为了提升厚壁管线钢板卷的强度和韧性,将高Nb化学成分和热机械控制工艺有机结合。然而高Nb成分对管线钢现场焊接性存在一定影响,因此一些管线钢用户会限制Nb的含量。对工业化生产的高Nb厚壁(23.7mm)螺旋埋弧焊管的现场焊接性进行了评价,开发了窄坡口机械化熔化极气体保护电弧焊(GMAW)焊接工艺,环焊缝的特征证明了这一材料对陆上管道敷设典型现场焊接工艺具有适应性。本研究介绍并讨论此研究的细节和结果。
In order to enhance the strength and toughness of thick-walled steel pipe coil, the combination of high-Nb chemical composition and thermo-mechanical control technology. However, the high Nb content has some influence on the field weldability of pipeline steel, so some pipeline steel users will limit the content of Nb. The field weldability of industrialized high Nb thick-walled (23.7mm) spiral submerged arc welded pipe was evaluated and a narrow bevel mechanical GMAW welding process was developed. The characteristics of the girth weld proves that A material adapts to the typical on-site pipeline welding process. This study introduces and discusses the details and results of this study.
