目的:研究风湿平对特异性免疫功能的影响。方法:以鸡红细胞所致溶血素生成、AA小鼠所致PFC和IgM、2,4-二硝基氟苯所致鼠耳迟发性超敏反应和大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应,以探讨风湿平对特异性免疫功能的影响。结果:风湿平12g/kg对溶血素抗体及PFC、27g/kg对2,4-二硝基氟苯所致小鼠迟发性超敏反应均有强烈抑制,但对PCA反应抑制作用较弱。结论:风湿平对特异性免疫具有显著抑制作用,特别是对溶血素抗体和迟发性超敏反应。
Objective: To study the effect of rheumatism on specific immune function. Methods: Hemolysis was induced by chicken erythrocytes, PFC and IgM induced by AA mice, delayed-onset hypersensitivity of rat ears induced by 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene and passive anaphylactic reaction in rats to investigate the effects of rheumatoid Effect of Ping on Specific Immune Function. Results: 12g / kg of rheumatism strongly inhibited hemolysin and PFC, 27g / kg 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed hypersensitivity in mice, but the inhibition of PCA was weak . Conclusion: Rheumatism has significant inhibitory effect on specific immunity, especially on hemolysin antibody and delayed hypersensitivity.
