逆创新指首发于新兴发展中国家的创新模式。后金融危机时代,逆创新受到关注并在实践中取得成功。竞争性情报是新兴国家的企业实施逆创新的重要战略工具。逆创新模式下的企业应更注重技术创新对标的市场的理解,这要求竞争性情报工作下移。以本国为创新产品首发地,进行技术预测,构建人际竞争情报网络,进行持久有序的竞争情报活动并加强反竞争情报意识是中国企业逆创新的路径。
Counter-innovation refers to the innovative model starting in emerging developing countries. In the post-financial crisis era, counter-innovation attracted attention and achieved success in practice. Competitive intelligence is an important strategic tool for enterprises in emerging countries to implement counter-innovation. Enterprises in reverse innovation mode should pay more attention to the understanding of the market for technology innovation, which requires the downward movement of competitive intelligence work. Starting with its own country as an innovative product, making technological projections, constructing a network of interpersonal competitive intelligence, carrying out lasting and orderly competitive intelligence activities and strengthening anti-competitive intelligence awareness are the pathways for Chinese enterprises to counter-innovate.
