本研究用8种凝集素(WGA,ConA,LCA,RCA,PNA,SBA,UEA,DBA)和一组单抗分别对41例急性白血病(AL)细胞进行亲和细胞化学(ABC法)标记和免疫细胞化学(APAAP法)标记,观察各型AL细胞上凝集素受体分布与变化、抗原表达、免疫分型、结合AL骨髓细胞形态学与细胞化学染色特征。结果表明,各种凝集素受体在各型AL细胞上的分布与表现形式是多样的、不规则的,各型AL之间无明显区别;正常外周血淋巴细胞PNA,SBA,UEA结合阴性,与正常
In this study, 41 cases of acute leukemia (AL) cells were labeled by ABC method with eight kinds of lectins (WGA, ConA, LCA, RCA, PNA, SBA, UEA, DBA) Immunocytochemistry (APAAP) method was used to observe the distribution and changes of lectin receptors on various types of AL cells. Antigen expression, immunophenotyping and morphological and cytochemical staining of AL bone marrow cells were observed. The results showed that the distribution and expression pattern of various lectin receptors on various types of AL cells were diverse and irregular.
