目的了解内蒙古自治区职业卫生技术服务机构现状及其在各地区分布情况。方法对全自治区取得《内蒙古职业卫生技术服务机构批准证书》(建设项目职业病危害评价资质)的22家职业卫生技术服务机构开展现况调查,采用均等化分析。结果目前内蒙古22家职业卫生技术服务机构技术服务人员学科结构不合理,中高级技术人员缺乏,职业卫生技术服务资源地区间配置不合理。结论建议优化职业卫生技术服务机构人员结构,制定内蒙古职业卫生技术服务机构设置规划,科学配置资源。
Objective To understand the current status of occupational health service agencies in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and their distribution in different regions. Methods Twenty-two occupational health technical service institutions that have obtained the Approval Certificate of Occupational Health and Safety Technical Service Institution in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (qualification of occupational disease hazard assessment of construction project) were surveyed in the autonomous region, adopting the equalization analysis. Results At present, the disciplinary structure of technical service personnel in 22 occupational health service agencies in Inner Mongolia is unreasonable. There is a lack of senior technical staff and the inter-regional allocation of technical resources for occupational health services is unreasonable. Conclusions It is suggested to optimize the personnel structure of technical service agencies for occupational health and to set the plan for setting up occupational health and technical service institutions in Inner Mongolia and to allocate resources scientifically.
