我公司是从事施工总承包的建筑企业。项目管理是企业的主要形式。目前公司主要从事的项目管理主要分为:工业工程、市政工程、民用建筑,由于公司在民用和公共建筑介入较晚,尚未形成较有力的项目管理形式,在这种形势下,参与项目管理的人才,缺少系统性的培训与培养,导致这类项目的管理水平参差不齐。从企业长远发展的角度来看,人才的建设变得尤为重要,在项目管理中,我们罗列出项目经理、项目总经济师、项目总工程师三个关键岗位开展后备人才建设,作为开发项目管理人才的重要切入点,并对培训模式加以研究和实践,找出一条适合我公司向全面建筑施工企业发展的项目管理人才的培养模式。
