为研究恶性血液病病人骨髓移植前全身放疗时的生物剂量学,作者选取病人外周血淋巴细胞染色体突变为指标,并与物理剂量学比较。作者选15例恶性血液病病人,其中男8例,女7例,年龄平均48岁(36~68岁)。全身放疗用18MV加速器,剂量率15.8cGy/min,1.8Gy/d,2~3d,Dt12Gy/2.5d。放疗前及第一次1.8Gy照射后抽血。以健康志愿者淋巴细胞体外照射建立标准效应曲线。用传统细胞遗传学方法(CCG)检测染色体变异的不稳定异常(包括双中心和环),用荧光原位杂交(FISH)检测稳定
In order to study the bio dosimetry of patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing whole body radiotherapy before bone marrow transplantation, the author selected the chromosomal mutation of peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients as an index and compared with the physical dosimetry.
