本文从不同粒径粗集料混凝土的内应力、界面过渡层的结构特征及混凝土内部微裂缝的形成与受荷后的扩展等方面,对粗集料粒径效应进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,粗集料粒径增大导致混凝土强度降低的粒径效应,主要是由于大粒径粗集料界面过渡层的弱化及混凝土中原始微裂缝的形成与扩展对混凝土强度产生的不利影响。
In this paper, the particle size effect of coarse aggregates has been experimentally studied from the aspects of internal stress of coarse-grained concrete with different particle sizes, structural characteristics of interface transition layers, and the formation of micro-fractures in concrete and the expansion after loading. The results show that the particle size effect of the decrease in the strength of the concrete due to the increase in the size of the coarse aggregate is mainly due to the weakening of the interfacial transition layer of the coarse aggregate and the formation and expansion of the original microcracks in the concrete. influences.
