目的建立酚麻美敏胶囊中四组分溶出度测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同溶出条件下酚麻美敏胶囊中四组分的溶出度。结果通过试验确定了最适合的溶出条件:溶出装置为小杯法,溶出介质为水,转速为50r·min-1。结论通过各项试验,如溶出介质、溶出转速的选择,确立了具体的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of dissolution of four components in phenammamelon capsules. Methods The dissolution of four components in phenammamide capsules under different dissolution conditions was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results of the experiment to determine the most suitable dissolution conditions: Dissolution device is a small cup method, the dissolution medium is water, speed 50r · min-1. Conclusion Through various tests, such as dissolution medium, the choice of dissolution speed, established a specific measurement method.
