目的:建立枸橼酸喷托维林氯化铵糖浆中枸橼酸喷托维林含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,用AgilentZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.05mol·L~(-1)醋酸铵溶液-甲醇-三乙胺(45:55:0.05);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1)柱温:室温;检测波长:225nm。结果:枸橼酸喷托维林进样量在0.2~1.2μg范围内与峰面积响应值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.9%(RSD为0.74%)。结论:本方法专属性、重复性好。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of pentoxyline citrate citrate in citric acid, etoposide and ammonium chloride syrup. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate solution-methanol-triethylamine 45: 55: 0.05); Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1 Column temperature: room temperature; Detection wavelength: 225 nm. Results: The injection volume of pentobarbital citrate showed a good linear relationship with the peak area response (r = 0.999 9) within the range of 0.2-1.2 μg with an average recovery of 99.9% (RSD 0.74%). Conclusion: The method is specific and reproducible.
