倚重个人经验直觉的经验管理和强调制度规范的科学管理在一定时期内促进了学校的发展,但是随着时代发展,它们已难以满足当下学校管理的新要求。现代学校发展呼唤文化管理,而价值观管理是文化管理的核心。根据对杭州市多位资深名校长个别访谈资料的分析归纳,尝试构建中小学价值观管理模式(简称“三八”模式),并对该模式的内涵进行详细解读。同时选取杭州市J校作为个案,对该模式在实践中的具体应用进行分析。
Experience management based on personal experience intuition and scientific management emphasizing institutional norms have promoted the development of schools for a certain period of time, but with the development of the times, they have been unable to meet the new requirements of current school management. Modern school development calls for cultural management, and values management is the core of cultural management. Based on the analysis of individual interview data of many famous presidents in Hangzhou, this paper attempts to construct the value management model of primary and secondary schools (referred to as “38”) and explain the connotation of this model in detail. At the same time, it selects J School in Hangzhou as a case and analyzes the concrete application of this model in practice.
