目的：探讨腰骶部椎管内神经节细胞瘤的诊断与治疗。方法：分析３例病人的临床表现，影像学改变与治疗。结果：手术切除肿瘤后未见复发，但遗留有病变神经根部分感觉与运动功能障碍。结论：椎管内神经节细胞瘤，施行手术切除，要熟悉正常脊神经节的位置与形态，尽量采用分离后切除；肿瘤与腰椎管狭窄并存，尤其两种病变位于不同平面时，在诊治中应予重视，避免遗漏 Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of lumbosacral ganglioneuroblastoma.
