非翁,是我国当代健在的老一辈著名花鸟画家陆抑非先生花甲之后的自号。非翁幼时,初名种,字一飞。据说,在上海名为“一飞”者太多,1937年,在其师吴湖帆先生建议下,改名为抑非。1979年秋,非翁患胃癌手术切除痊愈后,张慕槎先生以“甦叟”称之,非翁同意,并在某些画上署此名。中国画家历来爱在自己名字上做文章,石涛就有三十几个名号。郑板桥对此颇不以为然,说自己“板桥只是板桥”。为了简化,本文概称陆抑非先生晚年为非翁,早年则统称抑非。 Non-Weng, is our country’s contemporary healthy generation of famous flower and bird painter Lu Fifei after the number one.
