目的探讨肺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的表达与肺癌血管生成的关系及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测84例肺癌组织中MMP-9和CD34的表达。结果肺癌组织MMP-9表达显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.01)。小细胞肺癌和腺癌MMP-9表达高于鳞癌(P<0.01)。肺癌MMP-9表达有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P<0.01),Ⅲ~Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P<0.05)。肺癌MMP-9表达阳性者微血管密度高于肺癌MMP-9表达阴性者(P<0.01)。结论MMP-9促进肺癌血管生成,与肺癌侵袭转移密切相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and angiogenesis in lung cancer and its significance. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and CD34 in 84 lung cancer tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The expression of MMP-9 in lung cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal lung tissues (P <0.01). The expression of MMP-9 in small cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma was higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.01). The expression of MMP-9 in lung cancer with lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis (P <0.01), and the stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higher than that of stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ (P <0.05). The microvessel density in patients with positive expression of MMP-9 in lung cancer was higher than that in patients with negative expression of MMP-9 in lung cancer (P <0.01). Conclusion MMP-9 promotes angiogenesis in lung cancer and is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.
