对认知能力、社会情感能力有缺陷的儿童而言,对其自控力缺乏的解释和修正,精神分析学说比认知行为主义更适合。文章梳理了精神分析学说对自控力缺陷的解释:趋乐避苦假说、自我疗伤假说、行为习惯假说、保护关系假说、大脑受损假说。相应地,为了培养这些儿童的自控力,就需要对他们进行延迟满足的教育与训练;建立亲密融洽的关系支持;提出适当的发展目标;利用游戏释放紧张和压力;进行社会情感能力的教育等。
For children whose cognitive abilities and social affection skills are deficient, the psychoanalysis theory is more suitable than cognitive behaviorism in explaining and correcting the lack of self-control. The article combs the psychoanalytic theory of the self-control power defects explained: the paradox of derailment, self-healing hypothesis, behavioral habit hypothesis, the relationship between the protection of the hypothesis, brain damage hypothesis. Correspondingly, in order to develop the self-control of these children, it is necessary to delay and fulfill their education and training; to establish close and harmonious relationship support; to put forward appropriate development goals; to use games to release tension and pressure; to carry out social emotional capacity education .
