目的建立甲减大鼠模型,研究甲状腺功能减退时,正畸牙移动对甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法实验动物选择60只健康雄性Wistar大鼠,随机取10只作为正常对照组,蒸馏水灌胃,剂量为1ml/100g/d,其余50只作为甲减组,使用0.1%丙基硫氧嘧啶,按1ml/100g/d剂量灌胃,28d建模成功。随后甲减组建立正畸牙移动动物模型,按照牙齿移动周期0d、7d、14d、21d、28d分为五组,每组10只,检测T3、T4、TSH水平。结果正畸牙齿移动后,甲减大鼠的T3、T4、TSH水平均略有升高,且7d组最为显著,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 (1)由于正畸牙移动将促进甲减大鼠发生骨质疏松,建议选择轻力移动治疗正畸牙。(2)甲减大鼠的甲状腺激素水平随正畸牙移动波动较小,提示短期正畸牙移动治疗对甲状腺激素水平无明显影响。
Objective To establish a hypothyroidism rat model to study the effect of orthodontic tooth movement on the level of thyroid hormone during hypothyroidism. METHODS: Sixty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group, distilled water, intragastric administration of 1ml / 100g / d, the other 50 as hypothyroidism group, using 0.1% propylthiouracil, By 1ml / 100g / d dose gavage, 28d modeling success. Conclusion (1) Because orthodontic tooth movement will promote hypothyroidism rat osteoporosis, it is recommended to choose the light force to move the treatment of orthodontic teeth. (2) Hypothyroidism thyroid hormone levels with orthodontic tooth movements less fluctuations, suggesting that short-term orthodontic tooth movement had no significant effect on thyroid hormone levels.
