在官方与民间的双层诉求下,将公众评价引入以往一直神秘的领导干部考核系统,已是不可阻挡的趋势。干部考核永远是一道需要完善的数学题,如何让“运算规则”更加标准化和系统化,中央酝酿已久。近日,中共中央政治局审议通过《关于建立促进科学发展的党政领导班子和领导干部考核评价机制的意见》(下称意见)。消息一出,引发各界对中国领导干部考核评价模式的热议。
