随着社会的飞快发展,自行车产业在更多功能领域进一步拓宽,而由此对自行车的质量要求也更加苛刻。本文设计了一种用于自行车疲劳测试的综合试验台,该试验台由零件装夹模块、液压伺服系统模块及控制系统模块三部分组成。该试验台基于组合夹具柔性装夹、适应范围广等特点,可对车身多部件进行疲劳测试实验。该试验台采用液压与机电结合控制,提高了实验的准确性及测试效率。
With the rapid development of society, the bicycle industry is further expanded in more functional areas, and thus the quality requirements of bicycles are also more stringent. In this paper, a comprehensive test bench for bicycle fatigue test is designed. The test bench is composed of three parts: the part clamping module, the hydraulic servo system module and the control system module. The test bench is based on the combination fixture flexible clamping, wide range of applications and other characteristics, the body parts fatigue test. The test bed using hydraulic and mechanical and electrical control, improve the accuracy of the experiment and test efficiency.
