随着生物医学MEMS技术的不断发展,医疗设备正趋于小型化、便携化和集成化.研制了一种集无痛微针采血及离子浓度测量于一体的微检测系统.该系统主要由无痛采血装置和离子浓度测量系统组成.其中无痛采血用的微针阵列制备工艺是采用X射线移动光刻技术和固定光刻技术,在5 mm×5 mm×2 mm的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)薄片上制备100根高度800μm、孔径50μm的空心微针阵列;离子浓度测量系统是通过离子选择性膜(ISM)和离子选择性场效应晶体管(ISFET)电路来检测Na~+、K~+和Cl~-浓度.该系统具有无痛微量采血,Na~+、K~+和Cl~-浓度快速检测,以及对皮肤与血管损伤较轻微的特点.
With the continuous development of biomedical MEMS technology, medical devices are becoming miniaturized, portable and integrated, and a micro-detection system integrating painless microneedle blood collection and ion concentration measurement is developed. The system mainly consists of Pain and blood collection device and ion concentration measurement system.And the painless blood collection microneedle array preparation process is the use of X-ray moving lithography and fixed lithography technology, 5 mm × 5 mm × 2 mm of polymethylmethacrylate 100 hollow microneedle arrays with a height of 800 μm and a pore size of 50 μm were prepared on a thin film of ester (PMMA). The ion concentration measurement system was used to detect Na ~ + by ion selective membrane (ISM) and ion selective field effect transistor (ISFET) K ~ + and Cl ~ - .The system has the features of painless micro blood sampling, rapid detection of Na ~ +, K ~ + and Cl ~ - concentrations and less skin and blood vessel damage.
