人力资源生态化管理赋予了人力资源管理新的含义,也就是管理中人与管理环境的适应性进行互动,推动人的全面发展。而我国政府人力资源的生态化管理,强调了以人为本,实现了人与政府部门的双向发展。但是,其中还存在着生态文化建设不足、组织环境的非生态化等问题。因此,政府部门人力资源生态化管理的完善,需从建立生态化的行政文化、加强管理控制等几个方面入手。
The ecological management of human resources gives new meaning to human resource management, that is, to manage the interaction between human beings and the adaptability of the management environment so as to promote the all-round development of human beings. The ecological management of human resources in our country emphasizes people-oriented and realizes the two-way development between people and government departments. However, there are still some problems such as the lack of ecological culture construction and the non-ecological environment of the organization. Therefore, the improvement of ecological management of human resources in government departments needs to start with the establishment of an ecological administrative culture and strengthening management control.
