研究结果表明,不同砧木对椪柑叶片净光合速率、叶绿素a及全氮含量有显著影响,且多呈现为椪柑/枳高于椪柑/椪柑和椪柑/福桔。在年周期或日周期中,半矮化枳砧椪柑的净光合速率多高于两种乔砧椪柑(p≤0.05)。不同砧穗组合的叶片C/N,在不同物候期中亦呈显著差异。相关分析结果表明,椪柑叶片的净光合速率与其产量呈极显著正相关;枳砧椪柑与两种乔砧椪柑间产量的差异,与其净光合速率的差异相一致。
The results showed that different rootstocks had significant effects on the net photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll a and total nitrogen content of P. citri reticulosa, and were mostly higher than that of ponkan / ponkan and ponkan / ponkan. The net photosynthetic rate of dwarf Poncirus trifoliata in the annual or daily cycles was much higher than that of the two species (p <0.05). The leaf C / N of different scion combinations also showed significant differences in different phenophases. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between net photosynthetic rate and yield of P. koraiensis leaves. The difference between net photosynthetic rate and the difference of net photosynthetic rate was also significant.
