目的了解上海市松江区存在的主要职业危害和疑似职业病病例的检出情况,为职业病的防治工作提供依据。方法用流行病学描述性研究方法,对松江区乐都医院检出的疑似职业病例,特别是相关资料齐全的第5年度检出的情况进行统计和分析。结果①5年共检出疑似职业病例376人,接触苯及苯系化合物、噪声、铅、硫酸二甲酯、汞、铬的例数分别是290、63、13、5、4、1。②第5年度130疑似职业病例中,男71人,女59人,96.15%年龄在20~49岁;分属71家企业。接触苯及苯系化合物的疑似职业病例73人中71.23%为血白细胞计数下降。结论松江区的主要职业危害,以苯及苯系化合物、噪声为主,疑似职业病例比例按年度波动,提示各相关部门应加强宣传、管理、监督力度。疑似职业病的转诊反馈机制有待完善。
Objective To understand the major occupational hazards and suspected occupational diseases detected in Songjiang District of Shanghai and to provide basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Using epidemiological descriptive research methods, the number of suspected occupational cases detected in the Le Du Hospital of Songjiang District, especially in the fifth year when the related data were complete, were statistically analyzed. Results (1) A total of 376 suspected occupational cases were detected in the past five years. The number of exposure to benzene and benzene compounds, noise, lead, dimethyl sulfate, mercury and chromium were 290,63,13,5,4,1 respectively. ② In the fifth year of 130 suspected occupational cases, 71 males and 59 females, 96.15% were 20 to 49 years old; belong to 71 enterprises. Of the 73 suspected benzene-benzene-related compounds in 73 cases, 71.23% had a decrease in white blood cell count. Conclusion The main occupational hazards in Songjiang District are mainly benzene and benzene compounds and noises. The proportion of suspected occupational diseases fluctuates on an annual basis, suggesting that relevant departments should step up publicity, management and supervision. Referral feedback mechanism of suspected occupational diseases needs to be improved.
