中学羽毛球教学历来棘手,主要是技术动作多,且细腻而又复杂,教学效果往往事倍功半,而学生则难以领会。通过结合‘练’、‘念’,能在一定程度上提高羽毛球成绩和技术动作的准确度、规范性。通过教学实验,发现采用“念动教学”能加快中学生掌握羽毛球技术动作。
Middle school badminton teaching has always been tricky, mainly technical moves, and delicate and complex, teaching effectiveness is often less effective, while students are difficult to understand. By combining ’practice’, ’read’, to a certain extent, improve badminton scores and technical action accuracy, normative. Through teaching experiments, we found that adopting “reading teaching” can speed up the students’ badminton skills.
