对55例慢性肺心病人的血流动力学监测(HM)、血气分析(BGA)及常用无创性诊断方法(NT)的资料进行对照分析,以探讨其诊断价值。结果表明HM及VCG阳性检出率最高,HM具早期诊断价值。采用前臂静脉穿刺行右心微导管监测迅速方便安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。本文还提示肺动脉高压与高碳酸血症的相关似乎比其与低氧的相关更有意义。
55 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease patients with hemodynamic monitoring (HM), blood gas analysis (BGA) and noninvasive diagnostic methods (NT) data were analyzed to explore its diagnostic value. The results showed that the highest positive detection rate of HM and VCG, HM with early diagnostic value. Right forearm microcatheter monitoring using forearm venous puncture is convenient and safe, which is worthy of clinical application. This article also suggests that the correlation between pulmonary hypertension and hypercapnia appears to be more relevant than its association with hypoxia.
