应用日立180-30型原子吸收火焰分光光度计,对36例食管癌组织中的微量元素Cu进行了测定,并与30例食管癌患者的癌旁正常食管组织进行了对照比较。结果表明,癌组织Cu含量显著高于癌旁组织Cu含量;Ⅲ级食管癌组织中Cu含量显著高于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级癌组织Cu含量;有淋巴结转移的食管癌组织中Cu含量高于无淋巴结转移的食管癌组织中Cu含量。提示Cu含量与食管癌分级有关,同时Cu含量在食管癌预后方面有较高的应用价值。
Using the Hitachi 180-30 atomic absorption flame spectrophotometer, the trace elements in 36 cases of esophageal cancer were measured and compared with 30 normal esophageal tissues adjacent to esophageal cancer. The results showed that the Cu content in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissue; Cu content in grade III esophageal cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in grade I and grade II cancer tissue; Cu content was higher in esophageal cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis than in non-cancerous tissue. Cu content in esophageal cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis. It is suggested that Cu content is related to the grade of esophageal cancer, and Cu content has a higher application value in the prognosis of esophageal cancer.
