石棉尾矿酸浸渣具有较高的无定形SiO2含量和巨大的比表面积,对其处理加工后可制得人造硅灰,本文通过水泥胶砂强度、标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和水泥净浆流动度试验,对人造硅灰的制备工艺及应用性能进行了初步研究。试验结果表明:在5%掺量下,900℃煅烧4小时,并经二次粉磨制得的人造硅灰D可以大幅度提高各龄期胶砂强度;减小终凝时间和初终凝结时间差;提高初始净浆流动度并减小经时损失;其标准稠度用水量与硅灰相同。人造硅灰D有望成为一种新型低掺量高活性矿物掺合料。
