赵勇同志信中所反映的问题,十分重要。法院卷宗是国家机要档案,绝不能随意交给当事人自己携带,这是一种严重失密行为。近来,还有个别法院工作人员丢失卷宗或在公共场合或亲朋之中随意谈论法院工作情况,造成泄密。有的甚至给审判工作造成不应有的损失。对此,各级人民法院应引起足够的重视。 这种事情,虽属个别现象,但性质是严重的。我们一再强调“保守机密,慎之又慎”。保守机密,对保障审判工作正常进行,严惩刑事罪犯,正确处理人民内部纠纷,维护法律尊严,是非常重要的。为此,希望每一个审判人员认真学习《保密守则》,增强保密观念,杜绝类似事件再次发生。 The problems reflected in Comrade Zhao Yong’s letter are very important.
