目的了解别某电子化学品项目的潜在职业病危害因素及其防护对策,为该项目的职业病危害分类管理以及有关部门的审批提供依据。方法依据《建设项目职业病危害分类管理办法》,根据相关项目经验,采用类比法和综合分析法对某电子化学品项目的潜在职业病危害因素进行定性、定量评价。结果该电子化学品项目存在多种潜在职业病危害因素,包括有害化学物质、噪声、辐射、高温、工频电磁场等因素,其中主要以二氧化碳、氯化物、硝酸、氨、盐酸、硫酸、氢氟酸、氟化氮、砷化镓等有毒化学物质为主要危害因素。类比企业生产场所硫酸、盐酸、磷酸、过氧化氢、氨等检测均符合GBZ1-2010的要求,噪声测试结果均达标,所有监测点合格率均为100.00%。增加对有毒有害物质、噪音、辐射、高温的设备及措施。结论该电子化学品项目的主要职业病危害因素为有毒化学物质,在建设该项目的同时必须找到关键的控制点加强防治。
Objective To understand the potential occupational hazards and protection measures of a certain electronic chemical project and provide the basis for the classification management of occupational hazards and the examination and approval of relevant departments. Methods Based on the “Management Measures on Occupational Hazards Classification of Construction Projects”, based on the experience of relevant projects, the potential hazards of occupational diseases in a certain electronic chemical project were qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated by analogy and comprehensive analysis. As a result, there are several potential occupational hazards associated with the e-chemicals project, including harmful chemicals, noise, radiation, high temperature and power frequency electromagnetic fields. Among them, carbon dioxide, chloride, nitric acid, ammonia, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid , Nitrogen fluoride, gallium arsenide and other toxic chemicals as the main risk factors. Tests on sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrogen peroxide and ammonia in the production sites of analogous enterprises all conform to the requirements of GBZ1-2010. The noise test results all met the standards, and the pass rates of all monitoring points were 100.00%. Increase the toxic and harmful substances, noise, radiation, high temperature equipment and measures. Conclusions The main occupational hazard factor for the electronic chemicals project is toxic chemicals. In the construction of this project, key control points must be found to strengthen prevention and control.
