教研形式单一、教研内容单调是学校无法吸引教师积极参与教研的根本原因。为提高校本教研的实效性,学校应改变单一的教研活动形式,创新教研活动的内容,加大对教研组管理和区分性评价的力度,对教研组增值赋权,使其真正成为教师专业发展的管理组织;突出教研组对教师专业发展的引导,同时加强年级组对教学研究执行力的管理;厘清专业发展与行政推进相辅相成的关系,使教学研究和教学执行力成为学校发展的双翼,使科层管理和松散的扁平组织都能发挥积极有效的作用。
