中国已经入世,电信运营者面对的是即将逐步开放的电信市场和与国际电信运营者角逐市场份额的严峻形势。如何加快改革步伐,加强企业管理,提高运营水平,使中国电信运营企业的管理水平迅速与国际一流企业接轨,已成为各大电信运营业的老总们考虑的头等大事。日前,记者采访了正在中央党校学匀的河南省电信公司党组书记、总经理楚俊国。总的感觉是,楚总虽身在学校,却心系河南电信、心系中国电信。采访中,无论谈到改革、管理,还是经营服务,楚总的思路几乎都围绕着“创新”两字来展开。他说,面向未来,河南电信的发展理念就是“创新每一天”。而一切创新又必须从机制创新入手。如何创新机制?楚总的一些系统思路,可供思考。也希望河南电信的做法对各地企业有所启迪。
