目的:研究乳酸左氧氟沙星泡腾片,以方便老人及吞咽困难的患者服用,为开发乳酸左氧氟沙星制剂新品种奠定基础。方法:用酸、碱分开制法制备乳酸左氧氟沙星泡腾片,并对其性状、重量差异、崩解时限、酸度、鉴别、含量测定、稳定性等进行了检测。结果:本品处方、制备工艺简单,质量优良,稳定、易控制,适口性强。结论:本品可作为乳酸左氧氟沙星制剂新品种开发使用。
Objective: To study levofloxacin lactate effervescent tablets for the convenience of the elderly and patients with dysphagia, and to lay the foundation for the development of new levofloxacin lactate formulations. Methods: Levofloxacin lactate effervescent tablets were prepared by separate preparation with acid and alkali, and their characteristics, weight difference, disintegration time, acidity, identification, content determination and stability were tested. Results: This product prescription, preparation process is simple, good quality, stable, easy to control, palatability and strong. Conclusion: This product can be used as a new breed of levofloxacin lactate formulation.
