应用计算机辅助的角膜地形图检查仪检测了58只轻中度近视眼角膜,结果显示:68%近视眼的角膜地形图呈对称或不对称的蝴蝶结形;75%的角膜表面呈正性非球面性,10%呈负性非球面性;角膜中央平均屈光度为44.165±1.429D;第1-25环平均屈光度差值为1.657±0.785D;平均SRI值为0.588±0.768,平均SAI值为0.296±0.149;平均Smik值为44.209±1.515D。同时发现所有角膜的光学中心均偏离几何中心。近视眼角膜地形研究将是近视眼病因探讨及角膜屈光手术(RK与PRK)研究的重要手段。
Fifty-eight mild myopia myopia corneas were detected by computer-assisted corneal topography. The results showed that 68% myopia corneal topography showed a symmetrical or asymmetrical bowknot shape; 75% of the corneal surface was positive asphericity , 10% showed negative asphericity; central mean corneal refractive power 44.165 ± 1.429D; 1-25 ring average diopter difference was 1.657 ± 0.785D; average SRI value of 0.588 ± 0 .768, the average SAI value was 0.296 ± 0.149; the average Smik value was 44.209 ± 1.515D. Also found that all of the optical center of the cornea deviation from the geometric center. Myopic corneal topography will be myopic etiology and corneal refractive surgery (RK and PRK) an important means of study.
