目的:建立金银花中多菌灵残留量的液相色谱-串联质谱联用法(LC-MS/MS)。方法:样品用乙酸乙酯提取,使用LC-MS/MS测定其中多菌灵的含量,在正离子模式下,采用选择离子监测(SIM)方式,其监测离子对为m/z 192→160。结果:多菌灵在50~5 000 ng·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为93.2%,检测限为2.0 ng·ml~(-1)。结论:所建立的LC-MS/MS方法快速、灵敏,结果准确,适用于金银花中多菌灵残留量的检测。
Objective: To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method for the determination of carbendazim in honeysuckle. Methods: The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the content of carbendazim in the sample was determined by LC-MS / MS. In the positive ion mode, the mode of ion monitoring (SIM) was used and the monitored ion pair was m / z 192 → 160. Results: Carbendazim showed good linearity (r = 0.999 4) in the range of 50-5 000 ng · ml -1 with an average recovery of 93.2% and a detection limit of 2.0 ng · ml -1. Conclusion: The established LC-MS / MS method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It is suitable for the detection of carbendazim residues in honeysuckle.
