目的了解广西壮族自治区部分医用X射线摄片机的性能。方法按照《医用X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范》(WS 76-2011)中的有关内容进行检测和评价。结果 X射线摄片机影像质量控制检测结果:省级、市级、县级合格率分别为87.9%、76.1%、80.5%,优于乡镇和民营医疗机构的56.0%和60.9%;固定式数字摄片机、移动式数字摄片机合格率84.2%和100%,优于固定式普通摄片机和移动式普通摄片机的62.1%和68.5%。管电压指示的偏离范围在-28.8%~10.2%,曝光时间偏离范围在-37.5%~51.8%,输出量线性范围在-20.2%~22.3%,有用线束半值层范围在2.17~5.12 mmAl,光野与照射野中心的偏离范围在0.0 cm~4.6 cm,光野与照射野四边的偏离范围在-6.5 cm~3.5 cm,有用线束垂直度的偏离范围在≤1.5°~3°和>3°,自动照射量控制响应范围在-10.5%~15.8%,自动照射量控制重复性范围在0.0%~10.0%,输出量的重复性范围在0.0%~9.8%。结论广西医用X射线摄片机的性能质量还存在很多问题,医疗机构对影像质量控制的认识和重视程度及卫生行政部门监督机制、服务机构的监测能力都有待于提高。
Objective To understand the performance of some medical X-ray radiographs in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Methods According to “Medical X-ray diagnostic equipment image quality control testing specification” (WS 76-2011) in the relevant content for testing and evaluation. Conclusion There are still many problems in performance quality of medical X-ray radiography in Guangxi. The recognition and emphasis of medical quality control in medical institutions and the monitoring mechanism of health administrative departments and the monitoring ability of service agencies need to be improved.
