In this paper, the separation method of rare earth impurities and Gd matrix in 99.999% -99.9999% high purity Gd2O3 was studied by using P507 extraction resin as stationary phase and using HCl-NH4Cl as eluent. The method of enrichment and determination of spark source mass spectrometry were selected and the analytical determination of high purity Gd2O3 with the purity of 99.9999%
