专利可以作为指出特定领域中技术进步趋势的有效工具,就像它可以显示所有权和各个研究机构的关系一样。本文通过一些相关领域的发明专利去分析耐火材料行业的技术进步。通过研究指出了耐火材料行业发生的一些变化,解释了为何目前存在这种状况,并对未来的发展趋势进行了预测。本研究使用德温特专利检索数据库进行专利检索,检索到的数据下载到电脑中,并对相关信息进行分析处理。在上世纪90年代耐火材料行业的专利申报出现了明显的下降。十年来钢铁产量的持续增长和全世界预期钢铁生产能力的提高都表明了这个行业的技术已经成熟。然而,技术成熟的行业降低成本应该依靠不断的技术进步,技术革新仍然是保持竞争力的基本手段。
Patents can be used as an effective tool to point out trends in technology in specific areas, just as it shows ownership and relationships with various research institutes. This article through a number of patents related to the field to analyze the technical progress of the refractory industry. The research shows some changes that have taken place in the refractory industry, explains why this situation is currently present, and forecasts future trends. This study uses Derwent patent search database for patent search, the retrieved data downloaded to the computer, and the relevant information analysis and processing. In the 90s last century, refractories industry patent filings have shown a significant decline. The steady growth of steel production over the past decade and the anticipated increase in steel production capacity around the world point to the fact that the technology in this sector is mature. However, to reduce costs in a mature technology industry should rely on continuous technological progress, and technological innovation is still the basic means to maintain competitiveness.
