目的:探讨中药复方益糖康对STZ大鼠蛋白激酶C(PKC)mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用STZ腹腔注射方法复制糖尿病大鼠模型,随机分为空白对照组、安慰剂组和益糖康组,灌胃6周后,采集大鼠背根神经节(DRG)标本,RT-PCR方法检测其PKC mRNA表达水平。结果:安慰剂组大鼠DRG中PKC mRNA表达水平显著上调,益糖康组较安慰剂组PKC mRNA表达水平显著降低。结论:中药复方益糖康可能抑制PKC激活,是其治疗糖尿病及其并发症的机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yi Tang Kang, a traditional Chinese medicine, on protein kinase C (PKC) mRNA expression in STZ rats. Methods: The model of diabetic rats was established by intraperitoneal injection of STZ. The rats were randomly divided into blank control group, placebo group and Yikangkang group. After 6 weeks of gavage, rat DRG samples were collected and RT-PCR Methods PKC mRNA expression level was detected. RESULTS: PKC mRNA expression was significantly up-regulated in the DRG of placebo group and PKC mRNA expression in the Yixikang group was significantly lower than that of the placebo group. Conclusion: Yikangkang, a traditional Chinese medicine compound, may inhibit the activation of PKC, which is one of its mechanisms in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and its complications.
