分析45例胆囊息肉样病变早期临床表现、B超表现，并对其恶性与非恶性病变的临床、B超判定，及手术适应证进行讨论。
The early clinical manifestations and B-mode ultrasonography of 45 cases of polypoid lesions of the gallbladder were analyzed, and the clinical, ultrasonographic and surgical indications of malignant and non-malignant lesions were discussed.
