本文以陕西农村中学历史教师为主要研究对象,对其专业化发展的现状、存在的问题、主要的阻力以及解决的措施作出一些探究,以期对陕西农村中学教师的专业化发展提出一些切实可行的建议,为陕西农村中学教育的发展贡献绵薄之力。
This article takes the history teacher in rural middle school in Shaanxi as the main research object, probes into the status quo, existing problems, main resistances and solutions of the professional development of Shaanxi rural middle school in order to put forward some feasible suggestions for the professional development of rural middle school teachers in Shaanxi Province. Suggestions for the development of rural secondary education in Shaanxi contribute modest.
