非谓语动词是英语语法学习重点之一,也是很多学生平时学习中感到较难掌握的部分,掌握这一部分语法内容,对于学好英语非常重要。 一、掌握各种非谓语动词的句法功能及用法 英语中动词有谓语形式和非谓语形式。在句中作谓语的动词是动词的谓语形式;在句中作其它成份(如主语、宾语、表语、定语和状语等)的动词,是动词的非谓语形式。它共有三种形式,不定式、分词和动名词。它们不受主语的人称和数的限制。 1.动词不定式/动名词作主语 如:To ignore grammatical rules would be a mistake. 不顾语法规则是错误的。 Learning without practice is no good. 学而不实践是不好的。 在很多情况下,我们常用代词“来替代不定式或动名词作主语,而把不定式或动名词移到后边去,以显得整个句子比较平稳,如: It would be a mistake to ignore grammatical rules. It no good learning without practice. 在动词不定式作主语的句型中,如果说明动作由谁做的,可以在不定式前加一个for引起的短语,在以某些形容词(kind/good/nice/wise/clever/wrong/stupid等)作表语时,不定式前可加一个of引起的短语,来说明不定式指的是谁的情况。例如: It is very important for us to learn English well.对于我们来说学好英
Non-predicate verbs are one of the focuses of English grammar learning. They are also a part of many students who find it difficult to grasp in peacetime learning. Grasping this part of grammar content is very important for learning English well. 1. Grasp the syntactic functions and usages of various non-predicate verbs. Verbs in English have predicates and non-predicates. The predicate verb in the sentence is the predicate form of the verb; the verbs that make other components (such as subject, object, predicate, attributive, adverbial, etc.) in the sentence are the non-predicate forms of the verb. It has three forms, infinitive, participle and gerund. They are not limited by the person and number of the subject. 1. Verb infinitives/ gerunds as subjects. To ignore grammatical rules would be mistake. Disregarding grammar rules is wrong. Learning without practice is no good. Learning without practice is not good. In many cases, we often use the pronoun "instead of the infinitive or the gerund as the subject, and move the infinitive or the verb into the back to make the whole sentence more stable, such as: It would be a mistake to ignore grammatical rules. It does not learn without practice. In the sentence where the verb infinitive is the subject, if you specify who did the action, you can add a for phrase before the infinitive, with some adjectives (kind/good/nice/ When verb/clever/wrong/stupid, etc. is used as a predicative, a phrase can be added to an infinitive to indicate who the infinitive refers to. For example: It is very important for us to learn English well. We learn to learn English
