近年流行病学研究表明,血中同型半胱氨酸水平与骨质疏松和骨质疏松性骨折具有积极相关性,高同型半胱氨酸血症是骨质疏松及骨质疏松性骨折发生重要的危险因素。在机理上,同型半胱氨酸主要通过影响骨胶原的交联,增强破骨细胞的活性、形成,及促进成骨细胞的凋亡起作用的。笔者将从同型半胱氨酸的代谢,及其与骨量、骨质量和骨的代谢等方面的关系进行综述。进一步阐明如何预防和治疗由高同型半胱氨酸血症所导致的骨质疏松症。
