本文从原理与实验两方面,研究了如何把电视摄像机和计算机应用到泰曼-格林干涉仪上,从而组成泰曼-格林-计算机干涉系统。并用这一装置成功地、自动地、实时地测试了二元胶体在迅速硬化时的厚度变化。这种新的测试技术的优点是自动、实时和准确。可以测物体位移或由于温度、压力等因素引起物体的厚度变化。通过适当的附件,可以用于任何干涉测长中。
This paper studies how to apply TV cameras and computers to the Tehran-Green interferometer from both the principle and the experiment, thus forming the Tehman-Green-Computer interference system. With this device, the thickness variation of the binary colloid upon rapid hardening was tested successfully, automatically and in real time. The advantages of this new test technique are automatic, real-time and accurate. Can measure the object displacement or due to temperature, pressure and other factors caused by changes in the thickness of the object. With proper attachment, it can be used in any interferometer.
