课程是影响e-learning企业培训效果参差不齐、不尽如意的重要因素,本文针对e-learning课程中出现的资源、课程设计以及课程制作等三方面的问题,首先分析e-learning课程设计流程的各个阶段,主要从组织学习需求、课件制作、评估方式、员工特点等三个方面提出优化设计方案。其次提出完善需求评估、制定评估标准、建立知识管理资源库等一系列保证e-learning课程顺利实施的策略。
