三友,创建于1971年,由一个名不见经传的镇办小厂,发展成为今天以生产塑料纺织器材为主,集工贸为一体的三友集团公司,成为全国纺织器材行业中产量最高,规模最大,品种最多,效益最好,综合实力强的国家级中型企业。 近几年,由于社会的大气候影响,使我们乡镇企业渐渐地演变成国有企业的模式,职工“吃大锅饭”思想上升,讲报酬的多,比奉献的少;讲享受的多,比艰苦的少。如果这样下去,“前人种树,后人乘凉”,新一代则坐等享受余荫,企业必然会走下坡路。我们面对现实,决定对企业的管理机制和产权制度来一次彻底改革。改革分两步走:一是企业内部划小承包核算单位;二是实行股份制。
