探讨11R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈表面应变值(ε)的影响因素。结果表明:随着气压增大,ε呈上升趋势;在标准气压下,轮辋宽度小的轮胎ε小;在距防水线10~70mm区域内,ε对气压的依赖性比较大;在距防水线0~20mm区域内,胎圈着合宽度大的轮胎ε小,在距防水线20~50mm区域内,胎圈着合宽度大的轮胎ε大;在各种负荷率下胎圈着合宽度大的轮胎ε小。11R22.5无内胎全钢载重汽车子午线轮胎胎圈着合宽度应适当大于轮辋宽度。
To investigate the influencing factors of bead surface strain (ε) of 11R22.5 tubeless radial truck tire. The results show that ε increases with the increase of air pressure. The tire with small rim width is small at standard pressure. The dependence of ε on air pressure is relatively high in the range of 10 ~ 70mm from water line. From the waterproof line 0 ~ 20mm area, the bead with a large width of the tire ε small, in the distance from the water line 20 ~ 50mm area, the bead with a large width of the tire ε large; under various load rates Round with the width of the tire ε small. 11R22.5 tubeless steel truck Radial tire bead width should be appropriately larger than the rim width.
