目的分析和探讨角色互换在临床护理能级管理模式中的应用。方法采用自愿原则选取我院护理人员64名,在临床上进行角色互换,比较角色互换前后护理人员的综合能力评分、患者对护理的满意度及科室的整体工作质量。结果在临床护理能级管理模式中实施角色互换前后,科室的整体工作质量和患者对护理的满意度无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理人员的综合能力评分显著高于角色互换前,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床护理能级管理模式中实施角色互换能够在不影响科室的整体工作质量和患者对护理的满意度的同时,提高护理人员的综合能力评分,缩短低级护理人员的培养周期,节省资源,值得在临床上广泛应用。
Objective To analyze and explore the application of role-swaps in clinical nursing level management. Methods A total of 64 nurses in our hospital were selected according to the principle of voluntariness. The roles of the nursing staff in the clinic were compared. The comprehensive ability scores of the nurses before and after the roles were compared were compared. The patients’ satisfaction with the nursing and the quality of the whole department were compared. Results There was no significant difference in the overall quality of work and patient satisfaction with nursing before and after the implementation of role-changing in clinical nursing level management model (P> 0.05). The comprehensive ability score of nursing staff was significantly higher than that of nursing staff Before the role of exchange, the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of role-based exchange in the clinical nursing level management model can improve nursing staff’s comprehensive ability score, shorten the training cycle of low-level nursing staff and save resources while not affecting the overall quality of work department and patient satisfaction with nursing care , It is worth widely used in clinical.
