过滤是制水最关键的工艺,而滤池的反冲洗是一个复杂的过程,要完成各种阀门的控制及进水、排水、气冲、气水混合冲、水冲等过程。本文采用A-B PLC-5可编程控制器在自来水滤池反冲洗过程中的应用及设计,阐述了滤池原理及工作过程,介绍了A-B PLC-5的功能及各模块的选择,介绍了编程软件RSLogix5及其对完成反冲洗过程中的气冲、气水混合冲、水冲三种冲洗方式的程序编写,可完成自动反冲洗及各设备的单点测试、对异常运行状态进行报警等功能。通过硬件的配置和软件的应用,系统达到了通过人机界面的功能,可以帮助工作人员更有效地监视和控制反冲洗自动化系统,对生产过程的改善起到了良好的效果。
Filtration is the most critical process water, and filter backwash is a complex process, to complete a variety of valve control and water, drainage, gas flushing, gas and water mixture of red, red water and other processes. In this paper, AB PLC-5 programmable controller in the tap water filter backwash process of application and design, described the principle and working process of the filter, introduced the AB PLC-5 function and the choice of each module, introduced the programming software RSLogix5 and its completion of the backwash process gas, gas and water mixture of Chong, water washed three kinds of flushing program preparation, to complete the automatic backwash and single-point test of each device, the alarm on the abnormal operating functions. Through hardware configuration and software application, the system achieves the function of man-machine interface through which the staff can monitor and control the backwash automation system more effectively and has good effect on the improvement of the production process.
