语文教育中的教师“不作为”现象影响和制约语文教育的健康发展,消解这种现象必要而迫切。解决这一问题应先找到症结,然后对症施治。教师“不作为”现象形成的原因有:片面强调学生主体地位,教师出现自我矮化倾向;过分追捧学生多元解读,教师“促进者”角色意识淡化;盲目尊重学生独特体验,教师价值引导力量弱化。消解这种现象的路径是:彰显教师的主导作用,释放教师的生命力;走出多元解读的误区,增进教师的点拨力;把控独特体验的限度,强化教师的引领力。
