对6例活检的女阴尖锐湿疣标本进行了光镜、电镜及免疫组化研究。超微结构观察显示,棘细胞层细胞核周线粒体高度肿胀,嵴消失,胞浆明显空泡化,并在2例“挖空细胞”核内发现病毒颗粒不规则聚集成团。免疫组化染色表明,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)阳性细胞多位于颗粒层和棘细胞层,阳性反应几乎都出现在挖空细胞核内。提示尖锐湿疣与HPV感染密切相关,“挖空细胞”的形成是HPV感染后细胞核与胞浆变性所致,其实质是一种亚细胞结构变性的细胞。
6 cases of female genital warts were biopsied by light microscopy, electron microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Ultrastructural observation showed that the mitochondria around the nucleus pulposus were highly swollen, the ridges disappeared, and the cytoplasm was vacuolized. In addition, the virus particles were irregularly aggregated into clusters in two “hollow cells” nuclei. Immunohistochemical staining showed that human papillomavirus (HPV) positive cells mostly located in the granular layer and the spine cell layer, positive reactions almost always occurred in the hollowed-out nuclei. Tip genital warts and HPV infection are closely related to the “hollow cell” is the formation of HPV infection after the nucleus and cytoplasm degeneration caused by its essence is a subcellular structure of denatured cells.
